Oy, as much as I dearly love Stargate Atlantis and all of the characters, there is so much of it in seasons two through five that I prefer to ignore completely. And you're right, that whole Doranda debacle is one of them; it generated so many 'poor little Rodney, everyone else is so horrible and mean' stories I could retch. :-p If you decided to skip that bit of canon, I would not complain in the least!
