I remembered the deadline as being Jan 28; well, it's Jan 28 here for the next three and a half hours. :-) I always forget the conversion to Australian time.

Everyone seems to be. (sigh) Should I make Special Dates For The Rest Of The World? (sigh)

I had a bit of a panic when I couldn't reach your site, but I rebooted and that seems to have cleared it up.
