Sounds cool! Count me in.

Name and livejournal: [livejournal.com profile] infiniteviking.
Voting preference: anyone.

1) Nature of the Beast
Fandom: Doctor Who.
Description: peripheral to The Satan Pit. Difficult to describe without giving away the gimmick, but it involves the Doctor, Rose, the creature, and an old friend. Started it in June, shortly after the episode aired; got stuck on a huge chunk of dialogue; haven't touched it since.
Type: gen, edgy humor.
Rating: I'd go with T, considering the variety of creature with which the story deals.

2) The Romulan Why
Fandom: Star Trek (original series).
Description: Spock and McCoy are abducted by the Romulans, who plan to replace them with spies that might fool even Kirk. They have to rely on their wits to get out of the situation. Might fall into the epic category -- has chapters, anyway. I'm having trouble writing the inevitable Kirk-vs-killjoy-Starfleet scene. Excerpt here.
Type: gen, action, mystery, slight hurt-comfort.
Rating: PG for violence.

3) (untitled as yet)
Fandom: Highlander (the series).
Description: Duncan and Richie find Methos unconscious in the dojo. He's apparently on the run, but has no idea why the other Immortal is chasing him, and the gang has to put a stop to it without getting the Watchers suspicious. This is a fandom for which I've never written -- nor seen any episodes; I fell into it through the fic. The story started out as a few lines of witty snark, but (as is the case with most of my stuff) rapidly acquired plot and (ironically) a backstory more fully realized than the main piece. It's about a fifth done.
Type: gen, action/mystery.
Rating: PG. These guys are Immortals.

I'm pretty happy about all of these stories, and will be glad of an excuse to work on any of them.
