Finish-a-thon 2012, Poll Poll

Hello everyone!

I'm thinking of opening this year's sign-ups for the finish-a-thon about mid-March, which is a little earlier than last year.

I'm also wondering if I should change the format of the polls. I don't think anyone chose "participants only" last year, and it would probably be simpler if everyone had the same format of poll, that is the "all interested parties" version. I put it to y'all with a poll. 8-)

I apologize for the 2 votes (I'm both Linaewen and lin4gondor.livejournal.com). I was experimenting with Open ID.

I'm looking forward to the signups! The Finish-a-thon is a helpful challenge for me!

I'm trying this out, but OpenID almost never works for me, for some reason.

It might be because your OpenID login isn't confirmed. Have you followed the instructions in this FAQ?

I did that long ago, but it wasn't working till now. But now it is--I even answered the poll!

Something must be wrong still, because your comments are screened as if you were anonymous.

I think that's because--and this is what the OpenId login told me--you have your settings to screen anyone that's not logged into Dreamwidth or is not on your "list" of people. I know I'm not screened if I'm logged into DW (now that I have an account which I don't really use, lol), but maybe there's a different setting for OpenID?
