I'm a partial too, but I think even being a partial is a win, because I'm sure that, for a lot of the partials, the finish-a-thon was helpful in getting stuff written, and getting stuff written is one step closer to getting stuff finished. I know that I, for one, would never have started the-story-that-won if it hadn't been for the finish-a-thon.
