Re: Sandman: Brightest at Night
Date: 2005-05-24 12:49 am (UTC)It's been ages since I read the first volume of Sandman, but you brought it all back. This is not at all what I was expecting, but it does indeed spring from the lyrics quite nicely. This has a soft, flowing (forgive me!) lyrical quality to it, and it serves as a PERFECT telling of the story of Gilbert/Fidler's Green.
I like. I like very, very much.
