I'm less than halfway, but the fact that I've started and have reached the maybe-I'll-get-to-halfway-or beyond-today stage is promising. Real Life is totally getting in my way at the moment but I'm determined to get my 7,000 words written in spite of it! :-D

A question: My commitment is to write 7,000 words on my ongoing WIP, which will be roughly 3 or 4 chapters. Can I go ahead and post each chapter as I finish prior to the deadline, or should I wait and post them together?

Since this isn't an anonymous exchange, there's no reason to delay posting if you don't want to. Just give the URL(s) when the master post goes up.

My chances of getting this done are diminishing day-by-day, hahaha. *keeps trying*

But. Um. I'm at 32,000 words right now. So I can't really say I've been procrastinating either. The story just went massive. T_T

(nods) Sometimes that happens. That's what happened to me with my AU-BigBang last year; I'd done 20,000 words by the time the deadline came through, but I knew I was only half-way through the story.

A story is as long as it is.

I am now more than halfway, and while it's a bit scary to think that I have less than two full days left to finish up, they are two days of relative peace and quiet, so I should have the time as well as the motivation to finish up! I'm getting to a part of the story I've been looking forward to writing for ages, so that will help, too! :-D

OK, I see the deadline is around midday tomorrow for me but as I still may not have internet at home, what shall I do? Is it OK if i post the story on my journal tonight (from work, aaugh) so you can link to it if I'm not around?
